The Atlanta Braves

Schwarbs, Duvall and Rosario would be 🤌🏻

Can alternate Duvall and Soler and it’s splitting hairs imo

Really think Rosario can replicate his 2019 in a full season of NL East ball 😯

I’ll take Schwarbs over Soler, Duvall and Rosario lol
I don’t think there’s any way we nontender Duvall again so he’s back.

I would sign Soler. It’s easy to say small sample size and I 100% get it but every single at bat was hand to hand combat for pitches and they didn’t come out on top too many times.

I would be fine letting Rosario walk.

Rosario is Ozzie in a corner OF spot but without the defense, speed, personality and right handed hitting.

Really important to wedge another .300 OBP guy in there with the other .300 OBP guys already .300 OBPing
Soler’s ain’t that much better lol

I like his at bats too, Soler and Duvall are just too much the same to have both at the costs imo.

Rosario and Soler both have backs on their cards, just a flip or fly on how they will shake out next year.

As much as I don’t like Pache we gotta figure that out. I’d have no problem signing Soler and shipping Pache.

Somebody has to play CF. I love Duvall but I don’t think marrying him to an every day gig by making him the CFer is our best choice.

I don’t disagree re: the backs of the baseball cards. Watching Rosario and Soler over the stretch we had them in comparison to those baseball cards lends me to believe Rosario = heater and Soler = much more likely to be a good hitter. Could be wrong, could be SSS, but the difference in the other stuff is too negligible to ignore the better hitter IMO

Yeah, the center thing is a bugaboo for sure. Maybe Pache can be not terrible at the plate, don’t really want to develop him on the job again when we can run it back

Lot of dominoes to fall this off-season and I wouldn’t be shocked about trading for a CFer but if we bring back the thump I think we will I am good with him being the mostly every day CF to start.

*Assuming universal DH

Rosario has a 114 wRC+ the previous four years before 2021 and he was hurt most of this year. He’s legitimately a good hitter even with the weird hitting profile.

I am definitely bringing back Soler for sure. That kind of pop has always been there and he has a career walk rate over 10%. Make him DH.

Bring back Duvall.

Look, with Ronnie…I want to be as careful as humanly possible with him. He said he’s shooting for May. Give him as much time as possible. Give Pache 6-8 weeks to see what he can do then figure it out from there.

The other thing bringing back Eddie and Soler, it moves Ozzie down. Love Ozzie, great asset…but I don’t think he’s a top 4 hitter. Putting at 5/6 range would be awesome

Pache CF
Rosario/Duvall platoon and cover for Ronnie while out
Soler DH hopefully

Lots of at bats to go around still

I could see Eddie taking his career numbers and this heater and parlaying that into a nice deal elsewhere though. If so, good luck.
