I am in no way claiming he’s perfect. But IMO the team has out performed expectations every year he has been at the helm. And I do think a sign of good leadership is realizing you screwed up and changing.

He’s fine as a situational reliever. It really isn’t his fault he’s our closer when he’s not a closer.

I don't think we should DFA him. He's got decent stuff but he can't handle the pressure of the high leverage 9th inning. He would be a good 7th or 8th inning guy
