If he's drafted in like the 5th round instead of the 1st, maybe you do that. That place is where pitchers go to die.

Their best pitcher in franchise history is probably Ubaldo Jimenez, a 1-time All Star with a career WHIP of almost 1.40. And he was only there for 5+ seasons.

If he stays there another couple more years, it'll probably Kyle Freeland.

It’s not just that. It’s a terribly run organization that has never figured out how to develop pitchers that’s had the same organizational tree run the franchise for 25 years.

It’s one thing to go to an organization that’s sucked for a few years. It’s another that isn’t forward thinking, shown no ability to develop and refuses to change
