I feel like I miss a lot by not liking the taste of either coffee or beer.

I enjoy both. I could easily go months without a beer but I start and often end my day with coffee.

I haven’t been to a Walmart in over a decade. Don’t use import unless your ass is riding a donkey to Peru and back.

You talking roasting your own beans as well or just for brewing at home? If you’re just brewing at home you don’t need anything with an on button. Put on a pot of water, hand grind the beans per serving so they are fresh, get yourself an Aeropress, French press, or even a Chemex. Don’t Steinbrenner coffee when you can Billy Beane it.

I still enjoy whiskey neat a good 3-4 nights a month, sometiems less, sometimes on ice. But usually 2 shots and that’s it.

yeah maybe but when my feet hit the floor at 4 am I like to smell the coffee already brewed. I’ll grind it the night before and put it on a timer
