I get it is a theme. Don’t like it. But just last night’s ump, it shows he was mostly consistent with his “zone”. A few of our players didn’t adjust to the wider zone quick enough last night. Unfortunate they have to compensate to the sucky umps.

That jersey was awesome. Makes me think of Nolan Ryan grunting and throwing it a bazillion MPH in that cavernous Astrodome. The Astros yellow/orange, the powder blue Braves, the red white and blue Expos and the Brown Padres uniforms all scream 1986.
