The payroll lady works hard bro. Mistakes happen

It actually wasn’t payroll. It was actually our scheduling team that screwed up. Long story short, they forgot to include a paid vacation day that I took and marked it as unpaid voluntary time off for a full day 🙄🙄🙄

Now that’s a different story.. Wanna be supervisors/managers deserve all the criticism they get ha

I even pulled up the day that clearly showed I took vacation time for that day. Unbelievable

You gotta fight em. No other way.

Preds winning the President’s Cup is a cool first but usually a kiss of death. Home ice is gonna be niiiice tho

I'm not sure it's the kiss of death. Presidents' Trophy winners have gone on to win the Cup 8 times in the award's existence, which is 25% of the time. There are 16 teams in the playoffs, and if the top overall seed out of those 16 wins 1 out of every 4 times, that is a definite correlation.

The NHL Playoffs have always been more of a crap shoot than other sports; the Predators themselves were an 8 seed (and had fewer points than any other playoff team) last year and made the Finals. The Kings won it all as an 8 seed a few years ago. According to the article below a 3, 4, or 5 seed wins the Cup 36% of the time; a 1 seed, by comparison, wins 35% of the time.

Men,

I am seeking clarification on the correct pronunciation of Ronnie Baseball’s last name. My understanding is that it is pronounced:

Uh-coon-yah

Please confirm or correct.
