McCoy is coming back from a ACL tear, so I wasn't expecting him back before Mid Oct at the earliest. But you would think he would try to prove he's healthy before the the 26 draft.

Nico doesn't look really good, but it's so hard to tell because that UCLA team is so unbelievably bad. The entire OL looks like they haven't played the position before. I saw several plays where they didn't ever get a single hand on a edge rusher. None of the RBs would start on any other P4 team. They have super poor vision. The receivers dropped several passes and got no separation. More than that, their defense is atrocious. And of course the coaching staff is beyond awful too. The decisions at the end of the 1st half were insanely awful.

Nico would have been better off taking less money and going to Tulane, who is actually a good football program. He could have feasted off G5 programs for a season and then transferred out to somewhere like Miami for his senior year. I don't think he's gonna get a P4 offer in the December portal.
