The Atlanta Braves - Hello darkness

Hate take question.(I know this is very unlikely)
Yankees have a fire sale and are willing to move Cole, what would you give up for him?

Option B: Miluwakee is willing to move Peralta but they want Ozzie as the centerpiece of the return. Do you do it?

Your first option is really tough because almost all members of the core of the team, some of whom the Yankees would definitely want, are young and on these extremely team-friendly deals. It's really hard to part with any of them for a 33-year-old pitcher.

Option B - no

Moving Ozzie would be hard but I think I'd do it. That's the one spot where we have a positional prospect ready to step up and step in.

As much as Snit deserves heat for he managed the series, they lost this because they scored 8 runs in 4 games.

The offense was bad and if I am Anthopoulos, I would tell Snitker during the exit interview that the Braves HAVE to win it all in 2024 or his ass is toast after the season is over and Anthopoulos gets a new manager for the 2025 season.

Cox took the franchise to 5 World Series appearances with one chip in the 90's while Snitker has had the best team for the last 3 seasons and has only had 1 World Series appearance and chip to show for that period.

Cox was worth an extra 2 or 3 wins during every post season while I cannot say the same thing about Snitker.

You can’t put a “win it all this year or you’re out” ultimatum on the guy. Get real. He would just quit and would be the new Mets manager within about 3 minutes.

Just to throw in my 2 cents, go get a LF and as much pitching as you can, starters and bullpen. Open up the damn checkbook. And I'm not opposed to moving on from Ozuna. When it comes to platooning, I'd rather platoon DH than LF.
