It’s one thing to have a bad pen, it’s another to have a bunch of soft tossing dudes with a manager who can’t manage a bullpen anyways

Every pitch from every bullpen pitcher is either nowhere close to a strike or a 91mph cookie. How could any GM with any baseball acumen at all look at this bullpen and think "Yeah, that'll play?
