Austin erased years of scrubs and a perennial hole at 3rd. We would’ve never made it out of that wilderness if he didn’t. Shout out to Prado who played pretty well at 3rd and everywhere else tho
Let's go back further...one of the most underrated seasons in Braves history was Denny Neagle in 1997. Totally overshadowed because the Big 3 were here, plus he's just a POS.
Another great moment was when Bob Wickman got mad at Bobby for using him in non-save situation and Bobby kicked his ass to the curb. Miss Bobby every day.

No doubt. Career .299 hitter in ATL, and hit .327 and .338 in 06-07 as a quasi full-time player. He had no pop, which you want from LF, but still...criminally underrated.
I’ll never forget when he took a full step back within the box as the pitcher was throwing the ball because he thought he was coming inside. Had never seen someone do that and haven’t since.

He had an odd career in terms of how he was covered because of the teams that he played for. He was underrated in Florida, but when he was in Boston he was still talked about as though he was the player he was in 2009.
