Well said. As @TBrown said everybody's got resource limitations at some point but a rich owner is way more likely to treat the team as his own personal play thing, because that's exactly what the team is. Especially a guy like Cohen.

I cannot fathom why any recruit sees Miami and thinks that’s the place for them. Money doesn’t matter, they can get that anywhere now. But hey, keeps some guys away from UF.
