I've never understood this, so please enlighten me if you know. Why does anybody care? I love wings, I eat wings pretty much every weekend. I have never once cared about the percentage of drums to flats, or vice versa, in my order.

Agree with @TBrown though, when I'm making them at home then I'm just smoking the whole wing.

I prefer flats but also really don’t care. Got some friends that will go to the grave for flats only though. I have no clue either
