The Atlanta Braves - Hello darkness

You gonna post em or?
lol need more info, you can email or text if you don’t want to post plans in here. Lennox village is nice, but there is a very thin line between Lennox Village and Antioch. The Nolensville/Brentwood side is preferred but not a deal breaker. A lot of good restaurants and grocery stores and developing retail. My wife’s cousin lives and operates his chiropractic office in the area so I have a decent amount of knowledge. And only about 25 minutes from house.

It is thin, but buffered by nipper’s corner, which is solid. I like Lennox a good bit — kind of it’s own entity with plenty of walkability and spots to eat. It’s really grown in recent years and a solid place to rent. Renters want to be there. I considered renting/buying there for a bit before deciding in Murfreesboro.

Whole area has blow up. From Cane Ridge/Smyrna/La Vergne over to Lennox. Seems like they’ve put up a million apartments in the area in the last few years and they are full before they even open

Born and raised in Smyrna … never in a million years thought that area would cause buying frenzies the way it has.

The land in that area really isn’t conducive to such development, it’s rocky and hilly but they are desperate. Man they are blowing those hills up and hauling em away and slapping stacked developments.

Job growth has been fantastic in that area.

In Chattanooga, there are apartments going up all the time too (not like in the Nashville area, but it seems like a lot for here) and unlike Nashville, I have no idea where these people are working/generating the income to pay for them. It isn't like there is a very large number of white collar, well-paying jobs here. Kinda concerning, honestly.
