Here's my issue with that. Adding anything and moving Riley to the OF blocks one of Pache or Waters.
Ive been thinking about the Joc move, and I still like it for this year, but going into next year, when Ronald comes back it creates a log jam then add Riley, Ronnie would have to go to CF, and I dont think they want to play him there.

Well if we trade for Ramirez one of those two would be included in a deal and having Michael Harris in the pipeline more than likely makes one of them expendable. Also don’t forget about the DH coming to the NL, solves the logjam issue. The Ozuna situation is the wildcard.

My comments were around Ozuna being back next year, I just didnt add him. I still dont like it though, the time to have made that trade wouldve been two years ago and last year when Atlanta was running away with the division. The only thing im honestly trading for right now, is if we can find our Max/Verlander and I dont think that guy is out there or an elite closer aka Chapman level.

Gotcha I’d still rather have a logjam situation in the OF rather than our current situation. If/when we buy don’t see us going the SP route, we’re good enough to get by especially with Ian and Ynoa coming back. We’ll add a bat and bullpen help.

As long as Shea or Harris isn't involved.
