Why is Tomlin even being considered to start over Julio? What did I miss?

Don’t know really. Someone asked the question and Snit gave it an answer. Tomlin is an option. G4 could be a “bullpen” game. Hilarious given 7/7 of the relievers are totally unreliable.

Seems insane to me to bring up Julio and then not even start him in that scenario. Especially if you are already planning to go with someone other than Keuchel
