Didn't love hearing "he doesn't have any plus skills" about a first round prep kid but at least it's not college pitcher with a velocity bump.

Lodise won the ACC Offensive and Defensive POTY if that tells you anything. He should move quick, but anytime before mid season next year would surprising (and really good). More likely that he makes his debut in 2027.

At some point they have to improve the position even if I don't love the player. I'd rather trade Murphy for a cost-controlled piece but if it's a Bregman-like deal for Bichette (opt out after one year) then so be it.

My jaw hit the floor when I saw him swing the bat. Not in a good way.

The athleticism jumps off the screen but he’s going to have to learn literally every thing else. I don’t have enough faith in the organization for that.

Hes not a difference maker and they need something long term imo. No stop gaps

I think the FSU guy is probably playing for Atlanta in a couple of years. They're gonna mess with the swing of Southisene, but I like the athleticism and the high EV's. Hoping it's underslot.

The All star game itself is a joke. Haven't watched an entire game since the mid 90s. Players dont really care. Most rather have the time off unless there's some kind of money bonus in their contract. But mostly its interleague play that killed the appeal for me.

Homerun derby is even worse. Getting excited over batting practice is a thing I guess for some .
