The Atlanta Braves - Hello darkness my old friend

Braves are 5.5 games out of a wild card (and that’s with the Giants/Cardinals tied for the 3rd spot). There are 8 teams ahead of them in the NL playoff race.

Nothing I've seen this season to make me believe there's a chance. To many holes in the everyday lineup. Bullpen is not postseason material either.

The issue is they will tread along and not embrace that they should be sellers

This is what I'm afraid of. In a sad way, I hope we lose quite a bit more and force some moves.

Still doesnt mean they do anything. They probably think Profar coming back will turn it around 😆

Long term benefit for the franchise right now is to sell at the deadline (Ozuna, Johnson and Sale), win 75 games, let Snitker walk with a brand-new coaching staff and retool after resetting the tax. At this point, missing the playoffs with a losing season is the only thing I can hold on to that this will force changes and new organization philosophies

Danny ainge with the ultimate nepo move

His son is 4th in Boston's organization pecking order and daddy Ainge took over a 49 win team and they just won 17 games. I'd be so livid if I was a Jazz fan.
