Go see the Utah NPs, and be sure to take Highway 12 from Bryce Canyon to Torrey (Capitol Reef) if you ever get the chance to.

Also, Great Basin NP in Nevada is an overlooked gem. Remote and not easy to get to, but very unique and beautiful.
