He’s been worth negative WAR for quite a while now fwiw so maybe not what exactly what the team needs in October

Sure he’s regressed and that isn’t shocking considering the batted ball profile (something I’ve said). He’s still had a solid season and his defense has been good, which is what they needed. Nothing wrong with a good defensive SS who can hit 20 bombs and cost you $3M/year
