When he came up he was consistently 96 and able to locate it up.

Also throws a hard change up at 88 that doesn’t create much separation in MPH. Not great all around

Looks like MLB hit a HR with the rule changes. Games ended on average 35 minutes less on opening day. More stolen bases. A lot to like

To be honest, the issue wasn’t most games In general, but them allowing Yankees/ Red Sox to play 5 hour games on national tv every week. Should have policed their big market teams Better

The “new people it drove in” won’t give a crap by then and dudes will be getting called 3 strikes because the pitcher waited last second to toe the rubber.
