Glad the Braves clinched the East again. However I think we all know what's coming. Atlanta is the Notre Dame of the MLB. Super successful regular season organization that gets destroyed in the post season.

I’d imagine they want Smyly to get a couple innings as well. Sunday should be the bullpen game. We got a four day layoff so everyone in the pen needs to get some work.

I guarantee you he is making that comment 100% because the idealized version of Harper, the Harper he was "supposed to" be, is better than the Braves stars.

I agree the next two days will be scrapped together. Just would like to see what he can do, now that he's throwing well in AAA.

Pen game for both

Morton and Fried are about to go 10 days between starts. Charlie might want a couple innings or so Sunday to stay on regular rest. Tuesday-Sunday-Friday.

Might be some of that, but a lot of guys are going to need to get an inning or two given the layoff that's coming up. It's a day or two longer than I originally thought.

I really hope the Giants hang on to the division, forcing the Dodgers into the wild card game. They’re the best team, most dangerous team in the league, but anything can happen in a single winner-take-all game.
