First asinine decision by Pruitt. What is the goal there? JG needs reps in those type of situations

Yeah they outgained them 200 yards and had a fumble at the 1 and a muffed punt. They look fine. They don’t look great. But my panic meter isn’t registering. My biggest concern was Chryst getting run at the end of the half over JG

LOL. I’m full blown panic.

This is not a good football team. We can’t come out and blow teams like ETSU and UTEP off the ball in the first quarter. It’s a problem.

I’ll only be annoyed / concerned if the vols come out in the third are play worse versus making adjustments and put the game away.

I thought there was no way we could be worse than the 4-8 team from last year but I look at the SEC schedule and I’m not sure where the wins are coming.

Surely hope I’m wrong.

I mostly agree with the point(s) you’re making but my panic meter is definitely at least registering something about the complete lack of a push on running plays. We’ve been adequate with some misdirection and zone running plays (which is probably what we’ll be best at all year) but the fact we can’t just line up and push the line back against UTEP is troubling.

I mean that doesn’t surprise me because we have no ability to run on the right side but that was obvious after the first quarter vs WVU so it’s not really a panic because I knew that anyways
