Of the recent instances where an owner was "forced to sell" (Donald Sterling and Jerry Richardson), were either of them technically forced to sell? Is there any mechanism in a league's bylaws that can force the owner of a team to sell? In neither case was a league rule/bylaw invoked that forced their hand.
