No love for season 3? Not saying it’s as good as 1 (just pretending 2 never happened) but I still thought it was good. Also, as much as l liked one, I do think it gets too big of a pass about how it ended. Won’t get into details for GWN.

I’ve watched the first three, not a show the wife will want to watch with me so I don’t get a chance to just binge straight through but I’m definitely interested enough to keep going. Don’t think it’s going to be great but it has enough good stuff to make it worth watching.

True Detective Season 1 might be my single favorite, single season series ever. I watched seasons 2 and 3 also, but I don’t think of them as sequels. I think they all stand alone, for the most part. Season 1 is imminently rewatchable.

I have to have music or the TV on for white noise when I go to sleep. With so much dialogue, TD S1 is great for that. MM just kills it in this season.
