I don't know if you're joking or not, but the video was sped up at around the :40 mark.

I actually think overall he looked somewhat average in speed.

Why is a 6'1 corner like that rated so low? competition? Because if he went to Lakeland, that is one of the best teams in the nation. Can he run in the 4.4-4.5 range?

He went to a small private chrisitan school. Up north (including KY) the private catholic schools are usually much more talented and face difficult competition, while in the south (GA highschool football being my primary experience) small private schools like the one he attended do not play very tough schedules and don't have athletes on par with public schools.

All that being said, he doesn't necessarily look like a burner in his videos, but Evans does display quickness and reaction time. He will make a fine DB in the near future.
