I think that the official warning to both benches was a “political” maneuver. Had they only warned Root and Arky, the crowd hostility likely would have made their jobs more stressful through the remaining innings.

True story, I saw An Arky fan today up here in New York. As he walked by I said “roll tide”. He said what does that mean? I said “you’re a Nama fan right I saw the hat” he said “no, I’m an Arkansas fan “ I said “who?”
