Since you are apparently either driving with your knees, or a passenger at the moment, do you have any advice about cooking Chilean sea bass? We just picked up a 1.36# “previously frozen” filet at Costco, and I have no idea what to do with it.

I've never eaten Chilean Sea Bass, or FLA Sea Bass. It always gets big raves.

Howver, I have had blackened Red Fish. Red Fish is the king of salt water eating.

Florence is like Columbia's little redheaded step-son. And it only exists as a pass-thru to Myrtle. I seriously hope you didn't stop for gas in Macon, GA and not have fire power in your hand while pumping gas. You gotta get around more.

I did sleep in a Hilton in Florence. I also stopped for gas in Georgia without a weapon.

I grew up about 45 minutes north of Macon. I had to go to Macon on business couple years ago. My step-son has to travel a bit. He was telling me where not to stop for gas there unless I had a pistol at my side while I was pumping gas.

We weren't looking for drugs or hookers so we didn't need weapons.
