everything looks better if you focus on the flaws of others while ignoring your own issues.Logically, "Maga" is the only game in town, currently. Then there's the Dem Party, socialists, or whatever it is they've become. I think people who find the 2nd option absolutely not an option, should observe where we are as a nation.
-Literally half the country cannot observe basic biology, insist that our children cannot be transitioned by government agencies without our knowledge or consent, without being termed Nazis. And those parents threatened while being labeled 'domestic terrorists' by our DOJ.
-The sitting government perform its core function of national security and enforce its borders, without being termed Nazis.
-That our intel agencies/law enforcement/judiciary attempted a junta and put their finger on the scale of a presidential election in 2020, and attempted to usurp a sitting president for four years prior. Regime change attempt on a scale that Russia/China exclaims "***** impressive!"
-That our 46th president and his party termed SCOTUS illegitimate numerous occasions, voicing threats towards conservative members while encouraging their constituency to do the same, even as threats - including a would-be assassin - escalated.
-That the non-mega party ran the same blueprint against Trump's 2nd run and nearly succeeded in having him removed by a bullet, even as for the first time in our history they attempted to remove a presidential candidate from the ballot in about 35 states.
That's just hitting a few high notes demonstrating how precipitously we're perched. So, yeah, currently 'Maga' is the only choice and tearing out by the roots nearly a century of institutionally imbedded Marxists and their vanguard progressives, is nasty work. A whole lot of return to rule of law and restoring sense of national identity need occur, then we can worry about Maga alternatives or its evolution.
1. Trump has ignored the courts when it fits him, and played to the courts when it fits him.
2. he has gone after multiple Constitutional rights, habeas corpus, birthright citizenship.
3. spending is a joke, its up over where Biden was.
4. the police state has gotten far worse
5. complaining about China makes no sense given the way Trump hasn't handled them with the tariffs, his biggest moves so far.
6. speaking of the tariffs he has done more damage than good, and the only good is the promise for better future. but that relies too much on "I am from the government, and I am here to help" for me to ever like.
the only reason there are "only" two options is because that is what the citizens have accepted. both parties are pissing on their constituents but sell it by telling them they are pissing worse on their opponents. which completely ignores the fact that we are all Americans and you can't make it worse on one half without impacting the other half too. its a self defeating strategy that has lead us down the current mess we are in.
