Here’s what I’ve learned about “some” black people on TikTok live discussion panels.
They believe black people are native Americans.
Black people invented most every major technological breakthrough
They think white people have no culture
They’re pissed that white women wear braids
White people are colonizers and have ruined Africa
They want segregation to return.
They’re owed reparations
They support attacks on white people.
They don’t know how to replace the battery in a beeping smoke alarm and they drive Altimas
I don’t know. Better stick w/ Khaki.Khaki or feldgrau?
The Altimas thing is scientific fact. I don't think Nissan sells them to white folks. Just black women. Here in Charlotte, a big portion of black males aged 18 to 25 drive Chargers. Blacked out, often wrapped in vinyl. Interstate 85 looks like Charlotte Motor Speedway with Chargers racing on the west side of town. Broad daylight or night. Doesnt matter. Stay out of the passing lane unless you're rolling 100mph+
Her bust size can take up a lot of space.
At this stage in my life, I no longer see these young women as objects of desire. A lot of them are the same age or younger than my daughter. They are simply pretty girls. Anything further would feel really creepy to me.
Nash did not call it explicitly racist. He commented on the “dog whistles” in it.Thanks.
Are any of our posters affirming the ad has racist connotations?
Those folks have a simple remedy: don't buy the jeans.I don’t know. Better stick w/ Khaki.
I was just making light of this ridiculous situation. The bottoms line is that it’s the hot “IT”Girl in Hollywood right now selling jeans and the marketing campaign used a play on words, acknowledging that said hot girl has great genes or jeans. People for some reason, try to find fault with this ad, mainly left leaning white women, who have a miserable existence. It’s just an ad. And once again shows the hypocrisy of those who DGAF about Beyoncé’s very similar Levis ad. Everything doesn’t have to be under a microscope.
Has nothing to do with her being white and much more to do with the dog whistles about passing down traits and blonde hair/blue eyes being "good genes"
She mentions hair color and eye color explicitly and there is a giant banner at the end saying she has great jeans/genes. What are you talking about? Not only is there no mention of hair, eye, or racial color, the word 'good' isn't there, either.
Gushing nonsense, that in an ad to sell jeans you see an Aryan call to arms. Get help.
What other woke controversies has she been party to?the cellar dwellers, on both sides, have a history of holding her up of "breaking thru the woke bubble" as a return to the oversexuality of non-sexual products in commercials.
this isn't the first woke controversy involving her, but if you listen to her she still leans pretty far left; she just knows what makes money.
Don't remember the context, but there have been a good number of right wingers projecting "anti-wokeness" onto her because she is an attractive white woman with big boobs (as if "wokeness" hates that) and has some MAGA family membersWhat other woke controversies has she been party to?
She’s a young Hollywood star - she’s undoubtedly uber-liberal lol.
Nash did not call it explicitly racist. He commented on the “dog whistles” in it.
Sydney Sweeney does in fact have “good genes”, at least the ones that produced her outward appearance, her unique variation of phenotype.
She may have a horrible set of unseen genes, that make up her individual genotype - I have no idea.
She explicitly doesn't mention her blue eye or blond hair color, nor refer to good genes at all; that was all you. The banner states she has great jeans, not jeans/genes. You're hallucinating. She mentions hair color and eye color explicitly and there is a giant banner at the end saying she has great jeans/genes. What are you talking about?
If she says that the SM posts lacked facts then fine. Give us the facts. Unless you do that, expect SM to do so and fill that vacuumThis woman is all over the place,v first she points fingers at the gathered media for social media posts and complains to them about the harm social media does by showing one side of the story.
While I agree there was likely more context I'm just not sure what she's getting at or even the purpose of wagging her finger at the gathered media.
I mean I have a theory, but that would mean she's simply virtue signaling. For what purpose I'm not sure.
Regardless, my opinion is she's not very good at her job as a communicator for the department.
