That's racist!

She IS the WNBA...for now. I won't be surprised at all if she leaves that league after her rookie contract is up. Why not? Shes stupid rich already from her endorsements, which pay her many times her league salary. If she gets the itch to play again, she can always go play in Europe and not have to worry about racist haters like Angel Reese's raggedy butt. Not have to get mean mugged and fouled constantly for being white. Not deal with all the drama and press in the WNBA constantly stirring up stuff. Shes the best female to ever play basketball. Why put up with a league full of jealous lesbians that hate you? Where's the fun in that? Reese is hilarious. She is obsessed with Clark almost as bad as a couple posters here are obsessed with Trump. Rent. Free.

They do not care about her in Europe

I liked her a lot but I was against her on team USA and she has sucked in the pros
I still like her, she's good although whiny as hell, and she is nowhere remotely close to being the best player in the W. She will almost certainly never be as good as A'ja Wilson is right now

I haven't watched any WNBA this year, and I don't dislike her, but all I'm hearing is that she's sucked and she's crying to refs all the time, and then the Morgan Wallen thing, so seems like a bad run.

The thing that's been really hard for me to buy in on her pro career is that her turnovers are absolutely out of control, and that's one of my big things in hoops. I don't even know what's normal in the WNBA, but 5.4 topg in 34 mpg is the worst stat I can imagine.

Yup, turnovers are the area where she is most likely to be tops in league history. I think as of now she's the career leader in TO/game by a wide margin and her AST/TO ratio is still under 2:1

RE: right wing elites freaking out about Helen of Troy being black

View attachment 833171

I don't believe it has anything to do with her being black. The representation of Helen of Troy has been one of exceptional beauty, and referred to as the most beautiful woman in the world. This current casting choice does not represent those qualities and if mentioned throughout the film, I believe the audiences will disagree.

There are MANY other black actresses that are just as qualified (or more) and possess that natural beauty.

Pretty sure they are laughing because Nolan had to pick an ugly female and a trans girl to play a male character because of the Oscar quota standards. This movie is clearly gonna bomb bigtime
He won an Oscar for Oppenheimer, you should try thinking before you post sometime. As Huff said, most of the uproar is about Lupita Nyong'o whom you would have to be completely braindead to call "ugly." And female humans are called women

What does that have to do with my statement? He casted Elliot Page and Lupita for Oscar’s quotas and it is what it is. And she is ugly. Now you are the gender police? lol hilarious

Who in Oppenheimer, the movie he WON an Oscar for, was Black or trans?

No, it's just stupid and weird when people refer to men as men and women as "females" like they're animals. Thanks for confirming you're blind

You may have forgotten this in your AP literature class.

"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" is an age-old proverb meaning that the perception of attractiveness is purely subjective. What one person finds beautiful or captivating, another may find completely ordinary or unappealing.

Yes, and everyone outside of racist right wingers pretty well agrees she's gorgeous. If it's in the eye of the beholder then why are you trying to say it was a bad casting choice?

How Oppenheimer Qualified
To compete for Best Picture, the Academy requires films to meet at least two of four inclusion standards (On-Screen Representation, Creative Leadership/Crew, Industry Access, or Audience Development). Oppenheimer qualified for Oscar consideration through the following avenues: [1, 2]
  • Creative Leadership & Crew: The film employed nearly a dozen women in senior off-screen and department-head roles, including production designer Ruth De Jong and editor Jennifer Lame. It also employed underrepresented ethnic groups in leadership, such as Hispanic head of makeup Luisa Abel.

Also males and females are appropriate terms of gender as are men and women. lol you get so emotional over biological correct words that have been used for centuries

He’s picking a list that has said people like Zendaya, Madonna (new version) and Sarah Jessica Parker are “beautiful”

So they didn't need Black or trans actors or actresses to hit a quota? Good job proving yourself wrong lol

Every time you get called out for saying something stupid you try to act like the other person is "emotional" lol, no one is buying that BS
