From Jan. 2021- Jan. 2025, there was an administration that gave vast amounts of money to woke causes. She may have missed the boat on that. Also, wasn't that part of the Dems campaign policies before the 2020 election? What happened?

Anyone tried the iPhone “racist” thing in the message app? You go to send a message, turn on the mic for dictation, and say “racist”. It throws up “Trump” before it corrects to “racist”.

Always get a kick out of these - “Google ‘XYZ’ and it will display ‘Blah’”.

I usually try them, sometimes it’s true.

I tried this one too. Just displayed “racist”.

I really don't think this has anything to do with race and everything to do with big business and big money lining the right pockets to get the outcome it wants.

Mine usually throws out “Reinald” at first, whatever th that is. Then it’ll do “”Trump”.

Well it works for me and a few million others. I did a screen recording but I don’t think you can post those.

Seems to work more consistently when doing iMessage vs a regular text.

Yep. Having driven through Sparta numerous times to visit family in SE Georgia, I can say that it would take a great deal more than a 4.5 mile railroad spur line to revive that town. The Tarbutton guy possibly got a "gift basket" from the railroad company.

One of the things that stood out to me about Sparta is for quite a while they had a Central Park burger drive-thru like Maryville had (or maybe still has?). Also of note about Sandersville: if you're passing through, stop at the Dairylane for a burger and a milkshake. Not gourmet by any means, but dang it hits the spot every time.

And I try do hard not to poison my daughter. She's a senior in high school, she's everything I never was. She's active in her school, a great student. A better person than I was at her age. She'll be entering college this summer. What she wants to do will be very expensive. She'll have to take out student loans. For what she wants to do the math works out, otherwise I'd steer her in another direction.

But the greed, the corruption of our government I fear is too much to overcome. I have hope if only for her sake. I would give up on mine, it doesn't matter, I just need to hold on long enough to give her a place to come home to for 8-10 years. I'll claw and fight to hold on until then. I just want to get her started out. Then come what may. We've run this farm and will continue to do so as long as we can. Or dream was to run this sanctuary farm, and we still do..... We just can't do it on the level we dreamed of.

Knowing the government who has taken so much from me over the years, knowing so much of it is wasted and goes to the politicians, their family and lobbyists. Only for them to do this to families like mine. I burn red hot at this kind of crap. It's just wrong.
