To summarize, are you woke enough to abandon that racist country music? Lol.

Only to people who let them have power. Most aren’t woke millennial DJs white knighting for the “lessers” in their mindsIs discrimination an action? Is hate an action? Are putting hateful viewpoints into words an actions? How about sending those words to another person?
It seems like you are choosing to not subscribe. Words have power and meaning.

Hasan Zia, who lives in Ontario, used to enjoy Wallen’s songs…
“I do miss the music, but I am also trying to be more responsible with what media I allow to take space in my brain,” she said. “Some people think you can separate the artist from the art, but I don’t believe you can. I think that someone’s personal beliefs do filter into the art they make, sometimes in really subtle ways, and when you consume that art, it influences you even if you don’t know it.”
This is a quote from a person interviewed for this article. I hope she uses her standard for all genres of music.

Why many Black employees don't want to return to the office
While they all pat each other on the back for being inclusive.Imagine being a black person excited to go work for this super diverse tech company. You show up for work the first day and you're the only black person there.
New Black Employee: Where is all the diversity I was promised? Where are all the people with similar skin color to me?
Manager: We've found its better if the other skin color folks have their own separate but equal work area. Us Whites can be an exhausting bunch. Always walking around rubbing black people's weird hair for good luck. We can't help it. We're a sensory people. Our groups just seem to get along much better when we don't actually have to be in the same physical space as you people. So our diverse but segregated work environment is our way of making the Blacks comfortable while stamping out racism dead in its tracks.
Yep. Spend my entire life hearing about melting pots, diversity is our strength, then over the past 10 years we got the people previously forced into segregation wanting it back, but on their own terms. We went from "Diversity is our strength" to "Gotta get away from all these Whites" in a hurry.

For one, I don't have to worry about my cat arbitrarily deciding something I do is racist, even though she is a little commie that consumes my resources but doesn't provide back.It may be a matter of degrees but I believe many (most) employees feel this way:
By contrast, "I don't have to be fake all day long and I can just be myself," said Thomas, who is also African-American, about working from home. "I don't have to dress up a certain way, and I don't have to deal with someone not liking me."
Almost everyone dresses and acts differently at work than if they were at home.

Controversial Rutgers associate professor and author Dr. Brittney Cooper said last month that she wanted to “take these mothers***ers out,” referring to white people.
The educator’s general tirade against white people included a claim from Cooper that whites are “committed to being villains” and asserting that the world was going swimmingly until “white people showed up being raggedy and violent and terrible and trying to take everything from everybody.”
“White people thought, ‘there is a world here, and we own it,’” Cooper said during a conversation with The Root, The College fix reported.
