I didn't appreciate you (especially in the early 2000s) like I should have. I didn't appreciate so many things, including:

1) The stability you offered to the program.

2) Consistent winning/competitiveness.

3) A team that didn't make huge mistakes week after week.

4) The fact that you were "Vol for Life" before it was an official, university-sanctioned program.

5) The consistency and talent of your coaching staffs.

I, for one, am looking forward to being there this Saturday to see you recognized for what you mean to Tennessee football. Go Fulmer and Go Vols! Beat Bama!

We lost to Memphis,Vanderbilt and Wyoming when Fulmer was there. Of course, when we lost to Memphis, Peyton was there so it couldnt possibly be coaching.

Thanks Phil, for running the program into mediocrity while acting as though we were just a player or two away from being relevant. The rise and fall of Tennessee Football begins and ends with you.
