In light of this being our last game of the year, I just want to say a very heartfelt Thank You to all of our players. I'm sure that none of them ever get on here, but on the off chance they do, I just want them to know how proud they made this Vol fan this year. We may not have had a stellar record, and we may have lost some heartbreakers, but as far as I'm concerned it was a success. The guys that were left after Kiffin cleaned house are the ones that are true Vols and understand how much the program means to the fans. I've never been more sad to see the season end and know I won't be seeing some of them back in Orange next year. To Crompton, Berry, Hardesty, Brown, Williams, etc.. you guys are awesome. I know your last game tonight as a Vol will make us all proud. GO VOLS!!! Choke the Hokies!!

I am so excited about Tennessee Football again and after what I saw this year from this team and these seniors makes me super excited about what the future holds...

I mean not only did we make it back to a pretty good bowl in year 1...I have never seen this many recruits and players around the country talking about seeing Tennessee is coming back and they are coming back in a hurry...

Coach Kiffin is the real deal. Monte Kiffin has been very impressive and now he has a year of his system in and we should really begin to take off next year on defense. Then you have Ed O who is a great D-line coach and who hands down is in the minds of every recruit in america...Plus the other assistants who are the glue that keep those wild three together. Welcome Back Kippy...I am looking forward to seeing wide reciever U again...Thank you to all for coming to Knoxville and turning the ship around...Now go get us a top 3 class and look out world here we come...

I cant wait for next year...GO VOLS

Great post...and thanks Cromp for suffering through 4 coordinators and idiotic threats and sticking it out for the BIG ORANGE. You have proven yourself a class act.

Hardesty...you are a beast with the ball.

Berry...what more can you say...except thanks James for producing a second generation Vol...I watched you play from the student section, and am glad you still have orange blood...just work on getting your other boys to Knoxville.

The Sullins bros...FANTASTIC job by two walkons...all heart.

The O-Line...GREAT JOB

The D-Line...Big Dan, Superb season

BUT....WES BROWN...thanks for playing so hard through all the pain.

Now, let's all stay CLEAN and TROUBLE FREE (Jackson) for the off season after a big CFA Bowl win and come back ready to kick a** next year!

This is a special team, ups and downs, coaching changes but they showed up in Knoxville to represent the University. What an upswing.

I am just glad to be able to get internet back in my office so that I can check this during the day...I was actually doing WAY to much work since I couldn't get on the internet and check volnation every 20 minutes
