Being in TBA for the UK beatdown was pretty great, as was the other time we beat them (Our seniors graduate 6-4 against Kentucky) and the Gonzaga game. Also for me being from Memphis being there in person while we beat them in the Fed Ex Forum and getting to mock my friends afterwards was nice

I've been a major football fan most of my life and watched basketvols from a distance. I really got into it in the Pearls days and this year my wife sat down and watched a few of the early games with me and got hooked. It took it all to a new level and I've enjoyed this bball season more than any sports season ever. Probably as much as our 1998 football season and we know what was accomplished that year.

Highlights:
*Gonzaga win, Schofield was awesome
*Vandy win, Grant set SEC mark that might be standing when we die, Bowden dunk of the year
*Georgia 40 pt blowout
*at Florida when Schofield hit the corner 3 and they gator chomped off the court
*at Texas A&M, the only game the wife and I were able to attend. Got to meet several players after the game
*UK beat down at TBA
*UK win in SEC tourney

All in all, it was a special season that I won't forget. Regardless of banners...

I loved the second half of this Purdue game. The heart and grit it took to come back in such a big game against a team that was legitimately very good and playing like it with a guy who was unconscious from 3. What an absolutely exciting game. But then that frustrating and strange last 3 seconds, where 6 different calls or no calls could've or should've gone our way, but none did and any 1 of the first 5 would've given us the win.

On the other hand, it's hard to top that rubber match with UK.
