Neyland reclaimed it's history on Saturday by once again becoming an intolerable stadium to play for opponents. I was not able to watch the second half till last night (Sunday) and I personally would like to shake the hand and hug every Vol fan in the stadium for one of the years/decades best performances by a crowd.

It started with the AWESOME checkerboard, which was choreographed like a host of Tennessee Walking Horses marching down the field which was followed by some of the most raucous and energetic orange and white clad Volunteers to ever grace the CBS cameras.

This W over the Gators was a win for the ages for both the UT fans and Team 120.

THANK YOU EVERY VOL FAN IN NEYLAND ON SATURDAY - JOB WELL DONE!!

Ok. You owe me a hug. I cut out the bottom of my cup and used it as a mini megaphone. The results were self evident.

I might agree that this is our best comeback in Ktown but, the best road comeback was one I was proud to attend in South Bend. Go Vols!

It never lost it. Ask Oklahoma last year. Their players want their stadium to be like ours. I went to several games throughout the dark ages where Neyland was still rocking. The Oregon game at home was one of the most raucous ive been to, until we started getting blown out.

One thing is for sure. Our fans have not wavered in the face of awful football. We have the best fans in the country.

You didnt get the memo, you get more likes if you trash our fans!

Agree with Jnunn, fans have never bailed on this program even thru 10 years of a pure s... show! No fans greater than Tennessee fans.. PERIOD!

I will admit that had I been at the game, I might have left at half. My wife usually cannot stay for the full game and we end up leaving in the 3rd qtr most of the time. With the way TN was being dominated in the first half I might have chosen to leave.

Kudos to all of the brave fans who stayed and made the place miserable for the Gators in the 2nd half. I applaud you :clapping:

I've had season tickets for 41 years and have been blessed to have seen the Vols play over 300 times. And Saturday was unbelievably awesome! Gotta love the fans.

Don't forget the awkward boos as the team exited the field at the half.

We were glad to be there but hate that it wasnt as loud as it was for Oklahoma. Lets hope we bring the noise for Bama!

It was the best game I've ever been to. I told my husband at half time I was not leaving the stadium a loser. At the beginning of the second half I thought he might have to come back and get me in a couple years. Thankfully I got to leave after the players did. :)

Same here! A couple of regulars around me left. Saying they werent going to sit thru another beating. I just kept saying a quick TD puts us within 11. Hold them and get another and we are within 4. Hold them and get another we are in the lead. Is it possible??? I still cant believe it but glad I was there to see it!
