I want to thank you for taking actions when you did.

Fans, media, Administration and each person who gave an opinion or thought to this matter was getting more and more anxious.
My thought was for the team
I am a coach so the first consideration for me is always the team.

I considered all the rumors, remarks, cut-downs and opinions flying around the internet about these precious kids who have just given a year of their young lives to this program....
How they must be taking this
How long before each of them begin to examine other programs
...and then you made your stance
Now instead of the players considering their future, they may now think about UT's future

I wish no one ever had to lose a job

Ya know. Good thread. I forgot, but Phil does need congrats and support. I'm sure behind the scenes he's already taken heat for what was known had to be done then. Seems like Holly has "known" for 3 weeks now. And she is apparently a friend.

Nevertheless, PF put the school before relationships. He's gunning to put us back among the elite of the sport. The place that CPHS built with a magnificent career.

Every time something happens, I get more convinced that fell into UTADs lap as a gift. And that inspite of themselves. Thank you coach Fulmer.
