For stepping in a pile of sh!t and taking on a mess!! You walked into a firestorm and have not waivered!! I can't wait for your resolve and perseverance to overtake this team!! I see the future and it is very bright!! Alot of people are calling for your head and saying you are not right for the job etc....

Coach Dooley, you have my respect, I believe in you and I think you have taken this program way past the talent you have been giving!! Looked at your 4 star recruits coming in, I see the talent in our youth and I think you deserve time to prove who you are......and that's a winner!!

We are lucky to have CDD...the wins aren't coming as we'd like but we are not on the news for arrests, CDD had the balls to let go our best player and once we get some size on the O line and some speed we will be back in the 90's again!!

Congrats Georgia, you handed it to us in the 2nd half!!

In 1 year we will be a team to be reckoned with...in 2 years we will be dominate once again!!

GBO!!

Doesn't matter if he reads it or not. It is better than reading the alchohol induced nega-threads. People have absolutely no patience anymore. A complete rebuild takes time. We are improving. Georgia has much more talent overall than we do.

I agree! I find myself being impatient at times and want to win now, but this program had fallen to such depths that I see that time and patience are the only way. There are no quick fixes when building a championship program and I believe Dooley has the right character and substance to do that. He just doesnt have the talent right now. Go Vols!

We all need patience....can't get to the mountain top without going thru a little hell first!!

Absolutely because given the trend our rushing game will average -50 ypg in SEC play. We have every reason to believe in the development of our O-line, rb's and zone blocking scheme.

I'm not calling for CDD head here but two things are very obvious, changes in scheme or staff need to be made where it concerns the running game and we are nowhere near being a force in the next 2 or 3 years unless some drastic measures are taken and to this point they haven't been when the need is glaring.

This thread is refreshing. Thank you. As said before, a total rebuild takes time.

For stepping in a pile of sh!t and taking on a mess!!

There aren't many heroes willing to take a $2 million salary to endure such misfortune.

I'm surprised we didn't have to go to Mexico to find someone willing to do this kind of work.

Good grief, he's a freakin' football coach earning more in a year than most workers earn in 30.

When you are already a millionaire or come from money, I doubt it's a deciding factor....
