Ummmmm.....D. Morley didnt do alot to help out in the secondary. Offsides penalty. Whiffed on a pick and gave up big catches.

He is a senior, and all year Hefney had to tell him where to be... Glad to see him go, hopefully Fellows will be ready to step back in, or Eric Berry will live up to the hype.

The thing was, Stewart never really was way out of position, it just seemed like he was a step slow everywhere.

pass defense was the downfall today. You knew PSU RB would get his yards, but it just seemed like everytime Penn State threw, receivers were wide open.

Kept firing the linebackers, and our d-backs always made the wrong move or were too slow.

Of course it didn't help that Penn State's QB was having the best day of his season.

Our secondary has played pretty well this year. He was making some perfect throws that the best coverage couldn't get to. It happens.

its easy to set back and throw when theres nooo pressure. he had nothing to worry about back their.

I'll give Morley a break since it was his first year starting. BUT stewart has been around since Neyland and there is no excuse.

Like i mentioned on another thread, Stewart played pathetic. He was getting beat on every play.

Funny, most opposing QB's have their best days of the season against us. We made Anthony Moronelli look like Dan Marino. PSU has kicked our ass 3 in a row in bowl games now. Shows what a real coaching staff can do.

I watched the game and it appeared to me UT was just in the wrong coverage time after time.....the S was out of position many times and was caught trying to move in to stop the run.

I was about to start a new thread about Ole Toast but Im glad I found this first....He's awful. Im not one that likes to bash players but he just isnt good. Secondary could be rather suspect next year, but hopefully Hef will step up and D-Mo can mature into a decent player.
