EVOO, Champagne vinegar, tarragon
This actually sounds pretty good. Which reminds me, I need to go buy some French tarragon starts before they're gone for the season. (French tarragon doesn't grow true from seed; you have to get cuttings.)

For off the shelf you have to mix it:
A base of Ranch topped with either honey mustard or Russian.

From the kitchen:
Light mayo about a cup
Sour cream about 3 TBSP
Vinegar about 1 TBSP or so
Sugar about 1 TBSP or so to taste.


OR

Olive oil 1/2 cup
White wine vinegar 1/4 cup
Squeeze lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Tsp sugar
Tsp Italian seasoning
