Texas State to join Pac 12

Cal & Stanford might want to consider going back. They can still suck, but with far less expensive inter-league travel. I mean when you travel coast to coast to finish in the bottom of the ACC bucket, life ain't that great.

Academic snobbery as well. They wouldn't let teams like Boise State in Pac12 due to "academics." I have never understood how being in a sports league with a lower ranked academic school impacts your academic ranking.

I kinda figured this was going to end with Oregon St. and Washington St. sucking it up and joining the Mountain West and we'd be done with this for a while. I never thought the Pac 12 would stick around though I agree it's kind of like when Atari came back. Like it was called Atari but it wasn't the monster it was in the early 80s.
