Yeah, the Top 3 will work it's way out so it really doesn't matter whom is better between Florida, Bama and Texas.
As a Texas guy, I agree with much of what has been said in this thread on both sides. We can't run the ball well. We also have average o-line protection of the QB.
On the other hand, our D is pretty legit. We've played some pretty decent offenses this year and shut them down. Not to mention, we've given up many yards and points in the 3rd and 4th quarters with our 2nd and 3rd string - Mack Brown is not Bob Stoops.
It would be interesting to see how Texas could handle a truly powerful running game - the type that Bama and Florida (to an extent) has.
One other thing to consider is that our special teams play is extremely good. Right now, in all honesty, I think it's a toss-up between any combo of Bama/TX/Florida in a head-to-head matchup. Though, I do think we'd be better off against Bama due to their qb play.
