It could be argued that special teams are the main reason we beat both Florida and Georgia. Florida got pinned deep in their own territory in every drive of the fourth quarter. Georgia got pinned deep a lot, too, which resulted in that TD by Corey Vereen. And Evan Berry and Kamara are returning it like CHAMPS! Jeez. In the UGA game in particular, Berry and Kamara seemed to always get to the 40 or 50 yard line. If we can pin A&M a lot, we have a real shot of winning.

Volunteers/Aggies have played twice the Volunteers have won both, the last time in the 2005 Cotton bowl 38-7 victory, wearing the white roadie uniforms. These teams playing Saturday are not those teams but I take it as a good omen. The Volunteers open as a 6.5 point underdog I think anytime you open less than a touchdown underdog on the road that's a good sign especially to a top ten team. I think they key to winning this game is patience. Running plays right at those DE's focus on first downs and play good solid run defense, play our game, focus on fundamental execution, and be ready to capitalize on breaks when they do happen, and they will. Patience!

Their Defense is not good, especially against the pass. And they only beat one decent team Ark. they gave up a ton of yards too.

I think Linebacker play by our guys will decide this game. Assuming Kirkland and JRM are both out, we need the backups to be "average to good". If they do that I think we will be within striking distance. If not it could get ugly...until our magical 4th quarter video game comeback of course.

This game comes at a very difficult time-- just beat our East rivals in back to back thrillers, and our long time traditional rival is waiting in the wings. Gonna be a tough one

It seems as if we hear this " they aren't very good" stuff every week, and then it ends in a dogfight.

This A&M team looks good, who are we kidding. It's going to be another dog fight and we are going to have to find the grit to play two halves of football.

We can't lose to Trevor Knight twice. Time for payback! I think we'll need to be risky a bit to win this game. We didn't use any trick plays against Florida maybe it's time to pull some out of the bag. aTm, like us, will be missing key players. Their best DL is injured as well as best WR. Knight got South Carolina beat with his feet and arm. If we can disrupt his game we can win.

A&M is a good team just like Fl and Ga. The Fl and Ga games were close due to blatant mistakes by our offense early and often. We will get another game winning performance from our defense and our offense will get it together and score some points early and often and then we will grind out another win.

We've got too much tape on them to not have a plan that will work. We wil feel them out in the 1qtr and then bring the pain the next 3.

We will take The Belt, steal their soul, and tag them with a loss.

After the workout my defibrillator got last Saturday, I'm afraid it might not last through the end of the game this week. Hmm. Maybe I should go ahead and make reservations at the ER so I can watch us win at the end of the game from there.

Can someone make a thread on how A&M are resting their key players saying they are injured I bet every guy that was out against the gamecocks play rested and 100% I think he's playing a good that Kevin sumlin he smart though we might be in trouble just hope we don't game plan anything from that sc game cause thats not what we gonna see Saturday GBO I believe
