Kyle Field is one of the most electric gameday atmospheres in the country. it's every bit the equal of any traditional SEC venues. I have been to numerous games there but before they took the track out and the recent expansion. You all will love it. The campus is not so pretty and CS is not much but the stadium and atmosphere is off the charts.It was by far the best in game experience in the Big 12....better than Nebraska and OU and way better than DKR (Austin). I live in the Houston area. If you fly in Intercontinental is closers to CS than Hobby.

Just got an email that I didn't get my 2 tickets from the ticket office. I guess that's a good sign, but now I have to find some tickets....

Same email here. Just curious as to how many tickets away team usually receives?Email said UT only got 6000. That seems really low?

What did your email say? Mine looks confusing as hell. It gives me a confirmation number but then it says -2, -$180, like it's giving me a refund, but then says delivery method by mail...

I recieved 2 emails. One was a "Order Confirmation" that you mentioned showing the negative amounts. The other was from the TN Fund explaining that request exceeded supply for that game and I would recieve a refund in 7 days.

I never received the other email about TAMU, but did get another email about seat relocation starting June 6.... I'm going to go out on a limb and say as low as my number is the pecking order that I didn't get them... But I sure was surprised and happy for a little while by that confusing order confirmation email

I was going. Then I got an email from the tennessee fund refunding the price because I was too far down in priority to qualify due to high demand.

Depending on stubhub prices I may go anyway.

Does anyone know what the visitor sections are for Kyle Field? I will be going to the game, I just didn't get my request through the TN Fund so I will be looking for tickets on the secondary market but would like to be sitting with my Orange brethren.

so...if I DIDN"T get an email on May 20 saying my request for tickets could not be filled....it must mean i DID get the 2 I ordered??? :good!::good!:

I'm flying into Houston a couple of days before for some partying and golf, then heading up to College Station on friday night to sample their clubs and hot young ladies!! Saturday, all day partying at some good tailgate parties!!! UT wins this game big!!

if you get there on Friday you need to plan on attending Midnight Yell Practice. It's a very unique and unmatched Aggie tradition.

Live in San Antonio now, just me and the wife WILL be going to this game. Going to get tickets off stub hub.

1. Does anyone know what section is the visitor section

2. If not, what section are you sitting in?

3. Is anyone planning on tailgating?

4. If so, you have room for my wife and I to join you? Both in the Air Force in our mid-late 20s.
