Never done that specifically but worked a summer in Yellowstone and hiked the Tetons. Can’t go wrong vacationing around there iyam.

We did something similar when we were there in 2005. They did a 20 minute or so ride, in which we were "chased" by a few Shoshone on horses. Then we had a campfire dinner/show kinda thing. Tough to beat that view.
