I didn't pre order and there isn't a code in my box so I'm guessing you had to preorder to get it. Unless I'm looking in the wrong place...is it in the booklet?

It's a preorder code but the casino is worth the money and helps with cash-flow

it detracts from the immersion of the game IMO. you can be run off the road by another car, flip 10 times down a hill, and be hit by oncoming traffic on the road you just landed on and in the end you're left with only a few scratches on the side. just takes away from the realism.

i'll still play it. i'm sure it's still a good game. just pointing out that i don't really care much for that aspect of it.
