Would love to keep him but with no one leaving from our coaching staff as of yet, there is not a position for him. Would have no problem with him taking this position, and maybe in a few years if a spot opens up would love to have him back.

Develop and move on...he'll be back in a few years...or when a spot opens...whichever happens first. He gets to develop his recruiting by actually visiting prospects. I hope he delves into coaching linebackers.

Good for Terry! Why would anyone be negative for someone seeking employment for themselves and family. Some people on this board need to evaluate their offensive personal opinions. I wish Terry the best he was a great one at Tennessee and gave his all.

Congrats to Terry. Not worried about this true VFL at all. He will be back one day with a passion.
