Terrible Night Cant even sleep

To me yea Crompton played bad, but The Nations "Best Offensive Line" from last year was TERRIBLE tonight.They never allowed crompton to get his feet set.Even on the big runs it was because of a block by cooper or a te,or great vision by the backs. And how do the refs not call that ineligible lineman down field on the screen. We had like 12 penalties they had 2. Lincoln go play soccer where is JAMES WILHOIT WHEN YOU NEED HIM.Why did Clawson not have us line up and hit them in the mouth more. Not sure of the percentage but seemed like 30% RUN 70% PASS. OVERALL TERRIBLE MAKES ME WANT TO SELL MY TICKETS TO THE VOLS UAB GAME. REASON I WONT IS CAUSE IT WILL BE THE FIRST GAME I BEEN TO SINCE 2004 Florida game. GO VOLS GO VOLS JUST NEEDED MORE EXCITEMENT FROM THE PLAYERS.

That was a blown call. But we should have never been in that position in the first place. Pansy,playing not to lose mentality got us beat. I hate that bull------ philosophy.

I agree. Why not at least throw to the endzone ONCE, in that overtime possession. Especially if you are going to throw anyway, might as well take a shot!!

I'm whooped. I'll sleep fine. We'll win the next one. I'll defer the end of the world until after that game if we lose.

Crompton played bad? How about this the offensive as a whole played like (bleep)! We werent even organized, what have we been doing at practice? You shouldnt have to waste a time out because you only have 10 players on the field, that comes down to coaching!! Quarterback running into the running back and tackling himself! WTF is that?? Did anyone find out why they suddenly changed wrist bands at the end of the 2nd quarter? Dont tell me what i think happened, happened? Were we lining up and some people had 2 different things! You have to be kidding! This comes down to looking over your game plan! That should have never happened! Phil Fulmer should be fired and he can take that High School coach with him, he is a piss poor excuse for a coach! Some of our receivers last night couldnt catch a coal in Alaska, our linemen couldnt block their own shadow, skill players tackling each other! We may only win 2 games in the SEC and right now i cant call them for sure wins, Vanderbilt and Kentucky arent horrible teams but if we continue this we are in trouble! We may come out of September 1-3 and out of October 2-7 things arent looking bright in Knoxville!

Sry, but Clawson coached like an idiot. All he had to do was pound the rock in the second half. They were tired (UCLA) and he wouldn't run. Also, it's not the O-Line fault they blitzed 6 or 7 every game, crompton didn't check to short routes

Had a nightmare that we lost a couple of days ago, for real. But I didn't think it was going to come true.

Well here's how i feel.... everyone was so hyped about the season about this breath of fresh air that Clawson brought about how we would be a totally different and better team and how we would crush UCLA......and none of it happened.... but on the other hand i'm not ready to sell the farm... we started 0 and 1 last year and won the East... as long as the players pick themselves up and the coaches play to win.... not "not to lose," then we have the talent... COME ON GUYS GO BIG ORANGE THRU THICK AND THIN LETS GO BABY!

I got maybe one hour of sleep last night. Why do I lose sleep over this University? It kills me, I'm sorry but I am sick and tired of being mediocre. It's time for a F'n change. I am really pissed this morning.

I really never did go to sleep. I just laid there wondering how that **** happened. Then i realized why it did. We have a idiot for a head coach.

Yeah I laid there for a while myself trying to fall asleep. The 5 beers I had during the game did no good with the sleep thing....I also laid there trying to figure out how we blew that game...I have yet to figure it out

I went to sleep and was asleep, but the game was replaying in my head. I got up at 3:30 and threw up, maybe it was the chili dip, but I could not get over that. Heartbroken is an understatement. My wife suggests therapy, so I joined volnation!!!

I have no one to talk to about this stuff in the "Bugeye" state.

That's another issue I do not have the energy to talk about...Ohio State...:rolleyes:
