No guarantee that one or both parties will stay mature. Ask 'em at NASA. If you consider yourself mobile and not long term at work then go for it. If you like your job, beware.
If you love your job don't date a fellow employee. WHat if you become her boss, you break up with her, and she freaks out. Guess who is going to get fired. It's not going to be her.

My understanding from the original poster is that he justs wants a fling with this new girl. I'd put utvolpj and plano vol in a different category. If you know the woman is a solid, non wackjob, give it a shot. If you aren't sure, it's not worth the risk.
We're at least going to be good friends. Always have been since I met her.
In retrospect, I am thankful that she did it via email. I would probably have blown a gasket if she did it in person, which wouldn't have helped me at all.
In fact, I'm talking to her right now on AIM. Just like friends. Feels kinda weird. LOL. She may be coming over on Sunday after a Cardboard Boat Regatta that the robotics team is participating in.
And, I'll only date girls that I can understand when they talk and/or scream my name.
