Terrible Holiday Weekend

Okay, well I have a terrible story for the fine people of VolNation. Based on my weekend.

Okay, so it's pretty short. I got really sick Thursday and Friday, didn't talk to the g/f until Sunday at church. Saturday night I watched my beloved Vols lose. And Sunday I watched my g/f not even place in a freaking pageant... and then this morning, I get an email saying I'm now SINGLE. For reasons I don't even understand. Two years apparently wasted down the drain.

I hate holidays... sorry for wasting your time.

This destroyed my weekend, but dang that other stuff would drive me suicidal, but don't worry it will get better

Been trying to all morning, but it most likely won't work a SECOND time... One year.. pause 2 days... one year... pause 2 days? let's hope so... I really loved her, even thought she is a 3 years my younger... (At the time I started dating her it was a really bad thing, but not anymore).

Go back, erase your initial post, and then tell all of your friends you kicked her to the curb. You will feel much better about your situation then. :yes:

It's not uncommon for people to freak out every so so often. All relationships have cycles. Depending on the individuals, some are just more dramatic about it. I'm not saying that you should or will get back together. But, what I am saying is that it sounds like she wigs out about this time every year. If you love her and want to make it work...talk to her about this and if things get good again, see if those cycles become more and more spaced out. All relationships hit roadblocks...and some people purposely build the roadblock just to see if it is worth getting around.

out of curiosity, how old are the two of you? Never mind, I see that you're 20, so she would be 17. Between the two of you, there's still a LOT of immaturity. My best advice to you would be to get on with your life.

I have boys around your age that have been through a hard times as well.They have perservered and the weird thing is these two girls are wanting to get back with them desparately now, no joke.Just keep your head up and keep the faith, she probably didn't desrve you anyways, and besides, my boys girlfirends were 17 as well when their trouble started, girls at that age are a little fickle sometimes, don't know what they want,etc., then they wise up and see the mistake they made.Whatever you do "Don't go begging her back"!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well my friend today is a lousy day for me so far, my kids dont even know it's my birthday (not really a big deal) my daughter just got me so mad that I just want to get in the car and drive around to blow off steam, she's 11 and man I cant handle her at times, as a parent puts you in a foul and horrible mood. I'm sorry to hear about your g/f.

I had a terrible weekend because of the loss. And I got sick with a bad cold yesterday. So it has not been a kind weekend.
